Great post. It reminds me of when I was laid off from my last consulting job. I absolutely hated working there, but the money was good and no other positions were open. Once I was laid off I was petrefied on how I could support my family. Fortunately God provided my current job (which I absolutely LOVE) at a point when the last of our saved resources were spent and we would have to move to a cardboard box. It does not pay much, but some things are more important than money. Plus during my unemployed period I was able to be present at some very important events with my family that I would have likely missed if I was working. God’s perfect time and plan. I have since learned to be able to put absolute faith in it.
