Yes, the Upper Kingdom puts it into the proper perspective Carol. The idea of everything coming back around, and the butterfly effect is part of the story of our heart. We have some choices in what we let it, how we filter it, what we store or process in there, and what we flush back out. This has been a fun chapter to write.

Not sure about local rivers but the Nile hit home. I love that the Upper Kingdom in ancient Egypt was the southern part of the country and vice versa. It had to do with where the Nile began. I’ve never forgotten hat.
