I’m of the opinion that science and the Bible will ultimately agree, whether or not a day to God is a 24-hour period or a “period of time” as in “the day of.”

Whatever us humans figure out, it’s interesting; just not essential to our salvation. Thank God for that! And thank God He made us curious.
