As I was reading your comment Carol I realized I’ve written several “big picture” posts in the recent past too. If as Andy says is true, that the big picture is comprised of small stuff (and I believe Andy to always be thoughtful in that way) then maybe the big picture IS perspective. Just sayin’ …

My experience in helping people when I notice something is going on has been a learning experience. I’m continuing to learn how this is done. Hopefully Andy will write more guidance in that regard! 🙂

I’m a noticer. But the thing about that is that I don’t always see the big picture. I guess that just proves that nobody’s perfect AND shows us how much we need each other to see the “whole thing” in life.

And, of course, like you said, you need to pay attention to the “what” and the “when” to help others. Good post.
